Apartment building in Düsseldorf-Unterbach
The project development task called for redensification in the smallest possible space.
On a floor space of only 90m², a residential concept with 4 high-quality condominiums was developed and realized. The four-storey residential building contains 2 maisonettes with a living area of approx. 105 m² as well as 2 further residential units with approx. 65 m². The fully equipped apartments have barrier-free bathrooms and ask for an open living concept with a spacious balcony and a view towards the nature reserve.
