New construction of a single-family dwelling with adjoining apartment and adjoining double garage. The property was divided into a two-story main apartment and another ground-floor residential unit. The apartments are self-sufficiently developed and are used independently of each other. Sustainability was the focus here. Green roofs and the use of generative resources characterize the future-oriented, sustainable planning of the property.
