The primary supporting structure of the hall is planned in steel construction.
The front area, facing the street, is organized as a two-story office block and contains all social areas incl. Side rooms.
The production hall is attached to the office space and allows direct relation to each other. Short distances facilitate communication between the organizational and production areas. The covered delivery zone enables weather-protected temporary storage of large components.
The building has a floor area of approx. 2600 m² and an office wing on two floors with approx. 750 m².
